Mannara Chopra, who was forced to sit idle throughout the 2020 closure, moved to Hyderabad in October, hoping to get back to work. She was shooting commercials and other assignments while commuting between Mumbai and Hyderabad. However, she returned to Mumbai in March of this year, only to be confined to her home for the second time by the pandemic's fresh wave. “Last year, when the lockdown was announced in March, I was depressed by my inability to work and disappointed by the country's posture. “Things in Mumbai did not take off even after the unlock phase began,” Mannara explains.
